Spades
I need a grill for my 72 wagon, and I don't need it to be a factory grill. I know there are plenty of people out there wanting JDM and SSS stuff...I don't care about that. I just want something that will fit or that I can make fit on a 72 Datsun 510 station wagon, the cheaper the better, and as long as it looks decent or can be made to look decent, I don't even care if it is plastic or metal. I am currently running mesh because the factory grill was wasted, but after I paint the wagon this summer, I don't want the new paint getting scratched up by the mesh. I did a quick search on the forums and on Google and Ebay, didn't see anything. Anyone have any ideas? Quote Link to comment

I don't think you're going to find anything else. I don't think there's any such thing as an aftermarket 510 grill. Quote Link to comment
SSS510
Stock 70-73 grill would be the cheapest! Condition will dictate price, so the nicer the more $$ the least nicest the less $$, never heard of an aftermarket grill for a 510 except yours... Your options are limited unless you make your own again! 1 Quote Link to comment

Spades
I didn't figure there was a aftermarket one available, but I was hopeful. Anyway I guess I will look at getting a stock grill. Quote Link to comment

VintageRice
Buy some steel mesh from the hardware store, cut it to fit, rattle can it black, screw it in place and roll with it..... You gotta start thinking like a total redneck and you'll come up with some brilliant stuff. Quote Link to comment

Spades
I am actually running a mesh grill right now, I wanted something a bit nicer and more permanent, so that's why I asked. The original grill on mine was beyond repair... Quote Link to comment
