LOL RB25 is not reliable and WHEN shit goes wrong, id play hell to get parts for it (unlike an L, which I can go to pretty much ANY parts store and get everything for it [except a damn SU carb kit <_<])

VG30DE is just as unreliable, looks like shit, sounds like shit, and uses a rubberband to keep the cams turning.

VH41 is still ugly, sounds decent at best, probably somewhat reliable, but still uses a damn rubberband.

And damn Unfriendly! Where the fuck you been??

I moved and i am also getting ready to have my first kid.

Someone hit my s130 in a grocery store parking lot, insurance company totaled it out....

So i bought another car to drive with the money and starting fixing the damage myself. ie new used fenders, stripping the lavender paint off, prime time, re coated the wheels, moar low, downsized tire. Going to repair the xenon front lip, adding splitter, i also have a set of ford explorer side skirts going on. Free sideskirts!!

these carbs are awesome. I still need to clean up the tops on these ones, though.

installed the aforementioned Aeromotive fuel pump, along with the Mallory FPR from my Firebird, 3-screw SU's off of my friend's '70 240Z, and put SM needles in them (moar fuel past 2k rpm, MOAR POWARR), and K&N filters to put the cherry on top

the noise is epic. exhaust note is basically the same, but I can hear the intake sooo much now, it's awesome. and when I blip the throttle and at low speeds, the carbs howl/whine and it's so good haha bottom end and mid-range is epic as well, but I need to build my motor already to take full advantage of these bad boys.

I have no idea what any of that is about lol

AFM bracket will stay until I figure out what to do with the wires that are underneath it

And no, I don't have an MSA radiator. I don't buy shitty parts for outrageous prices. That's a Koyorad.

I don't know what you're talking about with a shaved head, either.

Doing a somewhat mild L28, 9.5 to 10:1 compression, old Clifford grind cam, P90 head with a bunch of work done on it (by me and my dad) and SUs (might step up to triples later on, but this is still my DD and I have no experience with them yet lol)

Shooting for ~200whp which will be a nice bump from where I'm at now and should allow me to do some 70mph+ entrys and shit haha

I assumed you'd shave the head to get that compression. also just read that you'd need to "build your motor" so I guess you didn't do that yet.

That koyorad looks exactly like the MSA crossflow. MSA's cross flow is made by AFCO which a pretty darn good company, not that champion overpriced shit. When I got mine for my 260z it was like $350 though, not $450

bought these last night for $150

i think they're for S14 (that's with the preload on the springs and perches turned all the way up) but that's okay because the dampers are blown anyways lol

gonna order new dampers this week hopefurru and see what it's like to finally have really nice coilovers soon :B

I know this.

but my friend also just bought S13 coilovers for his Z31, and the lower perch is only about 1/4" away from the spring perch with preload in them.. seeing as how Stance coilovers are some of the lowest around, I don't doubt that the dampers would be this short even for S14's.
