PurePontiacKid
^because there's another blue 280ZX with solid face wheels and the same damage/grafitti on the fender? it's a German mag, so I can't read anything haha but it's Abgefahren Magazin 1 Quote Link to comment
Aaron Datsun
PPK that is awesome congrats on the Mag. Quote Link to comment
PurePontiacKid
so I bought these like back in June for $30 shipped. JIC camber plates for an S13 yay then I realized that 280ZX's have the camber plates sitting backwards of how they normally sit in an S-chassis, so I modified them to get me more negative camber if I wanted it after/before (in that pic I had also got all new SS hardware and powder coated the steel parts in chrome) both modified and sandblasted and finished (except for new studs, going to get those tomorrow) Quote Link to comment
PurePontiacKid
finally my day off, finally got shit done first, this is the base color of the red I coated my camber plates in, before the clear coat, looks totally different haha installed! engine is dirty as fuck from the last time I went drifting and way overheated my engine and the overflow sprayed rusty coolant all over the place for about 2 minutes lol going to repaint the strut towers soon-ish this is with the plates set all the way negative, measures about -4.3* as far as I can tell... irony.cc reppink rubber stained on my mirror from drifting and the front tire rubbing on the fender, like a bawse Quote Link to comment
PurePontiacKid
installed my pusher E-Fan today, took forever... guess that's the downside to wiring things properly (even though I didn't loom the wires, I should have, but I just ran them next to my main harness and ziptied them to the backside as best I could haha) started with my stock/non-working driver's side mirror switch (kind of useless if you ask me, but whatevs lol) mounted the fan: the relay/fuse/wiring: and now the switch for the fan, my favorite part :D pretty happy about the way everything came out, if I do say so myself Quote Link to comment
PurePontiacKid
cleaned the interior yesterday, since it was ilke 108*F I put the shade up: fixed my antenna LOLOLOL and today I put my emblems back on finally super happy about that and powder coated the faces of my drift spares: epic masking skills ya'll Quote Link to comment

Mr.Dean_Yates
Driveshaft bolts came loose(but not off) at 75mph: There is only so much you can do when you have coilovers, 3.5" of ground clearance, and no jack that will fit under the car. LOL SKIZZOR JACKS! Quote Link to comment
PurePontiacKid
Oh, there will be a legit video next time I go out. Keep breaking rear crossmembers from bushings binding up frm having all the toe corrected and about 3-3.5* camber corrected (running about -2.5 to -3* now). In the process of building a super beefcake crosmember and replacing poly bushings with heim ends (because racecar). Will have steering knuckle mods by the time I go out again as well. No pictars because I suck and still don't have a computer lawls Quote Link to comment
