I doubt it, you would be better off getting a rear sway bar setup if your looking for a noticeable improvement. Find various rear sway bars at the jy. I would look at the old chevys s10s and ford rangers maybe they can be used? Since your on leaf springs i wonder if the 710 leafs are similar? If so you can change up rear springs rates using the two. I dont see how going from 18mm to 20mm in bar thickness is going to do much.
