Rally, Motor is complete, EI dizzy, carb, the whole nine yards and runs to boot. Red Banner knows this motor and claims it snorts. I have not run it at all but it turns over freely. Are you coming back to the mainland any time soon? Shipping to Maui is going to be pricey but can be arranged if needed. I will be in Wailuku March 12-28th with a side trip to the Big Island. I have driven Shifty's car "Scraps" that has them in the stock location. Hard enough to use them in close. Would be purely cosmetic farther out on the fender, IMO. Do round too if you go this route. The square ones look funny.

Zcar Garage could most likely sort it out for you but Mike Young would be my choice. Also, contact Will on 311s.org. He runs the snot out of his with very little problems.
