If you get in a pinch, grab one off an early Maxima...the L24 motor will have the same mounting.

Spacers, I think 10-15mm. Or if you want to go further out, you'll definitely need longer studs, or spacer adapter.

You just have to chop two 620 grills and splice them together, unlikely you'll find a finished one for sale.

1200 Tach are wired just the same as 620 tachs, I'm running a 1200 tach in my 620. Picked it up at the Pomona Swap Meet for 20$!!! They mount to the 620 bezel too, So i guess they ARE 620 tachs, just different lens, and no coloring.

Fronts are Western Wheel Co (Centerline Auto Drag) Tons of companies made similar wheels... ProComp, ARE, Western...... Rears are different than fronts. Truck is way different now though.

No I don't, I did have to bend them a bit you'll figure it out pretty simple, hardest part of it is drilling holes in the valance, not physically but you know.
