Tell me about it, my wagon had these seats but they sat too high to be honest with you.

I met up with Ben today, it was nice to finally meet you Ben, after what is it now 2+ years since our initial Datsun 510 related contact? We met for lunch in Milpitas but of course lunch was had only after about an hour of looking over our cars and being interuppted at least 4-5 times by random people walking or driving around us asking us questions. I'm sure Ben didn't mind and if he did...he better get used to it :P. Just a small update. Finally got around to cleaning up my carbs, linkage, air cleaner assembly, and got a year correct valve cover. :) Before: Now:

Oh man...I hope you don't mind your rear windshield fogging up all the time. I had my rear vents shaved in my first 510 but hated it since the rear would be fogged up. Looks good for sure though!!!

You should check with Hyphy before getting anything...he's the sticker guru...he may know some contact too.

I think they always give you two plates...no matter what. They gotta keep the cons busy :P

They use one envelope for all vehicles, of course most vehicles are cars/trucks which are supposed to have both plates on, one on the front and one on the back, that's all...not dumb really. How many of us really run our rides with a front plate...I know I don't. Sure I run the risk of a fix it ticket but it's only a few bucks so it's worth the risk. :P

I drove without bumpers for over a year...no worries. :P

Haha, thanks Mark and Clay! To answer the console question, I grabbed it out of a truck at they yard. I was going to offer it up to a truck guy but figured on giving it the old clean it up and see...and from what I see it looks good. I've cut about 3" from the front so the shifter openning would sit right ontop of my shift knob and just contact the heater vents. I'll try to find or make a shift boot for it and screw it down in place. Right now it's just resting on top of the carpet.

Here's my 350Z seats...they're nice, supportive and comfortable.

Finally got around to installing my carpet kit (and nifty 510 floor mats)..what do you guys think? Hardest part was making the cut outs for the roll cage so it would sit flush but not cut away too much. It would have helped if my xacto blade was sharp.

Well the Cube has been in the Japanese market longer than the Toyota (Scion) Xb (or whatever X it is). So Nissan saw how well they're selling those Scions and decided to import what they already sell at home...pretty smart of them actually. Not my cup of tea per se but seeing that they're small, big cargo capacity, and they're relatively inexpensive, I'm sure they'll sell well.

Damn you...I only found 3 of them..now the hunt is on for the 4th one. Good find!!!
