I cruised over to Troy's shop and what do I find? Awwwww Clay and Lisa working on her dime's front suspension. :) I'll let Clayton provide the suspension details since I don't want to get it wrong. Here's some pics of the front suspension coming along...it looks great and I'm sure will handle great. Out with the old: In with the new: Here's Clay's sweet 69FJWagon in storage (for now) And Clay's "no muff too tuff" truck...lol...love it!

Ok now I've always thought of my searching skills to be pretty good but I can't find any reputable source of information on this proposed bill. Anyone have a link to the proposed bill besides more links to car forums discussing the same thing?

If you're refering to VOIP, we still pass on that. Hard to justify added cost or hassle to have a fixed landline.

We just don't have a need for a home phone..it's cheaper not to have one and stick to our cell phones. From what I've read FIOS is 2x faster but I can't confirm since that's what I've read on it. All I do know is going to a friend's house with DSL it's painfully slow compared to our cable internet.

Yeah Hyphy don't worry I haven't forgotten what you told me that about them at the Sac swap meet about it. Thanks for the info but I'll live with it, they're cheap enough to replace anytime. Like I told you I prefer the fact that they're thicker even though you said thicker is cheaper...which again is fine by me. I have more to replace them if and when necessary. :) I would have taken it with me to the meet but not with the motor mounts being in the condition they were in. The bushings were all screwed up too.

Thanks wagdatto...funny but I'm just the opposite. I do not like the chin spoilers, they look like an overbite/buck tooth look to me :P but different strokes for different folks right? If my dime didn't come with it I don't think I'd be sporting one. Oh and hey and where the heck is my $1???:P Hahaha J/K!

Fisch: Thanks for the compliment. Good eye on the 'Ratsun 510" sticker...it's subtle enough that you can't really see it unless you're close up since it's pretty close to my paint color with chrome outline. Zhent: Thanks man, ship it to Texas huh? LOL...just kidding I'm sure I'll hold onto it. CorAce: Thanks, yeah I was pleasantly surprised at how well the bumpers came out. Thank god the the previous paint shop (Maaco) didn't take the proper steps in painting the bumpers (i.e. sanding them). Mark painted it for me so maybe he can PM you with the specifics on the number of coats per primer/base/clear. This is far from the final as the paint still needs to be cut and buffed but that will come in due time. Pac Man: Thanks amigo you deserve the credit. Well the dam is back on for now so we'll see as time goes on. Creepy: Thanks amigo, yeah I'm digging the color big time too. I got mine about a month ago thru nissanpartscc for less than at the dealership.

That's why I'll stick to good old fashion Panaports instead of less expensive knock off wheels. Wow, did these fail on you? If yes, how and where?

They're probably 0 offset so it might be hitting the front struts or rubbing the tire on the fender.

Ok it's been a while since I last posted so here's a few more recent pics. I had to remove the front air dam to be able to lift the sucker up to replace both motor mounts and the front tension rod bushings. The motor mounts were in bad bad shape. Finally got around to putting on the final grill trim, the lower chrome part, the Pansport center caps (damn things were a pain in the ass to put on for the first time), my Thule roof rack with cool Ratsun sticker, and last but not least the side marker lights just for Mark's sake :P The air dam back on...I put some cheezy tape on the bottom to at least give it some color break from it being all blue. I kind of dig the non air damn look too...decisions decisions...on or off? :confused:

Yep...took about 10 seconds to find it. :) Why don't we put that $1 toward the price of your lowering blocks you told me you had? :)
