One man leak test.Clean the area real good.Then cover it with babypowder or flour.Hose it down and the leaks will leave tracks in the powder.

Points have NO advantage over elctronic.

Points belong in a museum or a garbage can. If you have points,they "bounce".When they "bounce"-dwell changes.No way around this.Your call.

Any crap in the hole will affect torque values.Get a tap-they don't cost that much.Chase the threads,clean wilth brake cleaner and blow them out.

It is EXEMPT for annual inspections,but it must still be able to pass with all smog gear in place. -
Go thru your wiring & sockets first.My tail lights on the 810 are bright as is.Any brighter and people would think i have my brake lights on.This would be a really not good idea. Dim lights are 99 out of a 100 times caused by corrosion and/or bad bulbs & connections.

The whole idea is that POR needs some "tooth".Something to bite on.Rust is great.But blasted metal or ground on metal will work also.Follow their "prep" instructions to the letter.
