Tristin Posted January 4, 2014 Report Share Posted January 4, 2014 Normally you would either hover over someones username and click the "Send Message" button or you would click on their avatar and click on "Send Me a Message" button near the top of their profile. Your PM abilities are disabled at the moment though so its probably why you cant figure it out. New peoples are when they cant be verified as legit members. Looks like you were overlooked.
