paradime
What do you figure this truck load of 52-54 beetles is worth today? Realistic $60K plus for a mint zero milage car X 6 = $360K MSRP back in the day was $1,500 X 6 = $9K Fuck I wish I had an International Harvester time machine. 3 Quote Link to comment

ericsb210
Make sure you hook up the time machine correctly, you can either ask Kip or uncle Rico on how this is to be done. Quote Link to comment

74datsun620
Is this a factory volkswagen bumper? I made 800 of them at work and the customer bought the gig. He didn't want us to make any more that weren't for him. 2 Quote Link to comment

ericsb210
Had the identical truck when we lived in Forks for a couple of years. We kept a step ladder in the back, the kids were young and grandma lived with us. Loved the truck though, it was like having two couches from the living room to drive around. The beast would go in what ever direction we pointed it. 2 Quote Link to comment

a.d._510_n_ok
How the fuck did this guy get his truck stuck on the power lines? Some people's kids yah know. I think this old man riding shotgun in his own truck probably had a lot of thoughts like that. 1 Quote Link to comment
a.d._510_n_ok
hey 74datsun620, do you know what the factory model designation of this binder tractor was? I've never seen this style before. Quote Link to comment
ericsb210
pretty sure a crew cab 72 never existed I don't remember the exact year but I had a 4wd Chevy 4dr long bed PU that I bought from a logging company there. It was identical to the one above. I have the paperwork and maybe a picture or two if you are trying to call me out on this. I couldn't tell you if was factory or custom made for the logging company. It was the same body style and color as the one pictured. 1 Quote Link to comment
ericsb210
With further research it may have been a '73+ model, but I would have to dig up the paperwork to be positive. The biggest problem I had with the truck is I had to keep repairing the roof do to the fact it had rusted through right above the windshield. It wanted to flap in the wind. Hahaha The 72' and earlier had the wrap around drip rails that I could of imagined causing the problem as the later models did not. Here is a pic of the later model. 1 Quote Link to comment
