Almost every manufacturer has had OCS recalls. This would actually be the third round for Nissan with that.

I've had one Frontier at work in for the recall. One of our Rangers had both airbags replaced.

The Nissan recall is not an airbag.

 

Occupant Classification Sensor senses the weight of what is in the front passenger seat.

Weight of mass and pressure against the seat back tells the air bag ECU whether or not it should arm the passenger side air bag.

Wow, I never knew oil changes where so critical that you had to do them in the parking lot of the parts store.
