NOT REBUILT , LOOKS GOOD A OE CIGAR LIGHTER FROM A 620 A E OR A SER ENGINE EL DIZZY MATCHBOX DIST WITH NO MOD. ON IT . datzenmike Posted March 9, 2013 Report Share Posted March 9, 2013 On my 620 I simply did away with the stock one. I glued a Monte Carlo one on. Has twin map reading lamps along the bottom, easy day/night and the interior lamp door switches can be wired so it works like an interior lamp. If you are trying to remain stock please ignore. I searched ebay vintage rear view mirror and found some cool options 67 vdub bug & bus look pretty good for the price. I always liked the offset oval 67 bug mirror. But i bid on a older oval unknown mirror. I guess ill find out. But thanks for idea i could go with map.lights and compass too. Im stoked think a chevy truck one wire alt. Is going to fit on my j1300 easy. I saw some info you mentioned Datzen about saturn alt. and was going to pick a part to find one but after removing the alt the PO started to put on,reman motorcraft I see the bracket is more like a chevy type. Went to atic found a internal reg chevy alt The will work. Made me happy not to go to muddy cold junk yard but still got something Done. Link to comment
