Danfinny
Well broke down the struts today and found that they were housing a baby blue shock insert. Ran the part number and they say its a Monroe Sensa-Trac Strut Cartridge. Can anybody tell me if this is a good shock or garbage?[/size] Junk.. crap them. John i got some tokico blues for 280sx Quote Link to comment
jb1200
Good to know Dan. I ordered some KYB GR2's for the first set of struts and going with KONI yellows for the second set. Quote Link to comment

CGS1948
Junk.. crap them. John i got some tokico blues for 280sx Like Dan said, John. They are SUPPOSED to adjust to different loads, i.e. more of a truck shock in my opinion. Mine lasted less than 2K on my Crown Vicky. Junk indeed!!! Quote Link to comment

DRIVEN
I've had good luck with Sensa-Tracs but I wouldn't ever use them on a build like yours. They are basically a step up from stock replacement. Your car deserves better. Quote Link to comment
