Well maybe you would maybe you wouldnt but before I got into the field I was lol. They are a part of everyone of my emergency kits too. With zip ties and duct tape you can fix anything.... akumazedex Posted September 25, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 25, 2012 Ok, soooo First you cut out your fender one layer at a time Making sure you leave a lip to fill in the left over gap Then you fold over the lip and weld it to the outer lip, excuse the crappy welds, ran out of gas. Then you seal the seam and paint it, once again, it's ugly but it works. Them you put your flare on, I chose rivots cuz they look cool. Then repeat for the other side.
