Busta Nut Posted July 3, 2015 Author Report Share Posted July 3, 2015 Bolted the back head rest down...... .......I didn't have enough time before Canby to really dial in the mounts for the back seat so I just wedged everything in for the trip...... This is pretty much what it's gonna look like...... 3 things need to be done...... -the back needs to be mounted up correctly..... -the bench needs to have some kind of support made....... -seatbelts back in..... I don't want a fancy deck ruining my nice old dash....... :sick: .............so just an amp straight to the ipod is what I'm doing...... Had this amp for a while.....something like 100-150wx2.....good enough for now..... ........i don't think the speakers can even handle it but we'll find out..... :sneaky: Makin sure it all still works.... Busta Nut Posted July 3, 2015 Author Report Share Posted July 3, 2015 Don't want the amp visible.....so we are using the old mounting spot for the parcel shelf in the trunk.... .....I cut a piece of plywood the size of the amp....found some brackets that I cut and bent.... ........using the existing mounting spots for the shelf also.... 1 Quote Link to comment

Busta Nut Posted July 3, 2015 Author Report Share Posted July 3, 2015 I was running out of time before Canby so I just put a switch in the trunk to turn the amp on and off..... .....I will run this to the front along with a cleaner run audio cable...... I did test to see what would happen if I left it on somewhere also...... .........played music for about 5 hours at full volume while cleaning and packing the car..... ....started right up.....battery still had over 11v in it...... :thumbup: .....and a track accent to the interior......
