There's a bar that runs the legth of the frame...at the bottom.....that acts as the hinge for the fold down seat..... .....this seat won't be folding down but I still wanted to use the stock mounting.... 1 Quote Link to comment

In a Bluebird Coupe the rear seat folds down (padded on the back side too) so you can scoot the front seat forward, remove the headrest, lay it all the way down, then the car becomes a bed. Cut about an inch off each side to narrow the frame........welded the mounts back on.....
