is this a vw lip?

FWIW, those aren't OEM Z mirrors, they are aftermarket "Phantom GT" mirrors.  ;)

 

OEM 240Z fender mirrors look good on a 510. Those Phantom GT mirrors do not. B)  

 

And they do need to be 3-4" further forward than that. Try to match the leading edge of the mirror base to the trailing edge of the side marker lights. This puts them in the OEM spot.  :thumbup:

 

oh yeah i am trying to talk him out of the fender mirrors... these are z car ones...to tall.. but i am just not wild about fender mirrors...

opinions?????????

those were just mock up mirrors....... hes not using them .. .he bought some other high dollar ones ...im tryin to talk him out of it ....altogether.....

 

dual 40 mm dcom on there .... linkage done....stupid ignition switch is not working ......anyway spent time on the brakes last night and the clutch system ....knocking things off.... I tinkered with hacking shit off my truck and helped when I could ....
