flatcat19
take off your brakes old timers!!! Quote Link to comment
the nice machine
haha yeah i rode brakeless for a few years. it was okay, i learned more bike control and i never had to work on brakes. i just started using brakes again last summer mostly because ... i'm old, squeezing a lever is a lot easier on the knees and ankles than throwing my feet down. have you seen the build pics of the lumberyatd? i'll be up in portland a lot more as soon as that place opens. gotta get this 5 speed trans in my 620 pronto! flatcat19
I've seen it. I'm 34. I don't think I will ever put brakes back on. The only use I have with brakes is for skateboarders who don't look out for others. Stopped caring years ago. :P Quote Link to comment

And for fun of course. I've thought about getting one of those for a while. Who made yours? When I was in Portland-I rode with the owners of Tonic Fab. Sweet bikes. Comfortable. Loved the geometry. deathrace2000
My frame was made by Dobermann Bikes in Canada. It has super awesome geometry. Mine's a little older but it gets the job done. Quote Link to comment
