I love these little Subi cars...Those have that funky bolt pattern that makes finding aftermarket wheels impossible...Rattle can the car and run it! They are easy to convert to 6 lug due the the 4 x 6.5 dia pattern. Leave two studs in the axle/hub across from each other. Bolt up a six lug wheel, mark the centers of the 4 open holes and drill new stud holes. You have to buy some new wheel studs, but you'll never be short on wheel selection after that. ;) C'mon Bonvo how much? $50 :D Quote Link to comment
bonvo
200 for the whole shabang the 2 motors the extra sets of tires everything it has a clean title and all Quote Link to comment

]2eDeYe
Good price. They are pretty easy to lift also ;) Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
I say put some 29 inch tires on it with a 3inch lift. People convert to 6 lug so that it is easier to get the truck tires on...and the reason above. Quote Link to comment
bonvo
im thinking i might go with a mild lift this brat is stock now its not lol a mild lift would be cool but for the terrain around here a rally style setup would be best but then again its not winter yet so it might need a lift my biggest issue with lifting it is that its not actually lifting it its lowering the drive train so im not really getting more travel just ground clearance Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
That said, I saw a lifted GL wagon, with bigger tires on. It had more clearance under the diff than the wrangler it was parked next to. It is plenty, especially when you are talking bigger tires. Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
How is this not awesome? 2 Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
I would figure out the biggest tire you can run with no lift. Then run one size bigger and cut/bend the body clear. That plate is great on that camo one  Quote Link to comment
bonvo
yeah thats bad ass! this is my neghbors subi i see him drive it around all over the place and i stumbled onto pics of it on usmb it is defintaly bad ass now that being said i think a mild lift like this one would me more appropriate for what im planning on using the car for Quote Link to comment
bananahamuck
Tallest used snow tires you can get on those rims..... and like he said cut body to fit.. although Quote Link to comment
bonvo
i dont want to cut the body though its to straight to do that Quote Link to comment
fastdadd
that is going to have a 1600 with no low range just 4 high...great cars in snow or if you have to carry a jeep inline six in the back Quote Link to comment
