Valve is part of the heater core (one piece) unlike the 510's, valve is separate. Not sure how many different heater core 521 came with it. Quote Link to comment
Jester
I couldn't figure out why everyone kept giving me advice for a 521. Then I realized, I forgot to change my "car" list. FIXED It's on a 620. I found one for a 240 and one for a 260 on ebay but they look differant. Jester Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The 720 has a similar valve that might work. May not be exact, but nobody see it anyway. Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
WD40 the shit out of it and try to open the valve.IF Possible I always keep my Valave on OPEN then use the heater vent to rout the HOT air,so I dont wear thre valve out(510 of coarse) Quote Link to comment
Jester
Well, I did use a ton of PB Blaster and got it to move. That will make my first road trip to Easter Oregon a little better. Working out of town sucks. At least this week I will have my Ratsun with me.:fu: Jester Quote Link to comment
Javin
Thread Revival. Did anyone ever source 620 Heater valves? Mine leaks... Edit: Nevermind, going to try this instead http://community.ratsun.net/topic/16631-stop-heater-valve-leak/ Quote Link to comment
HRH
I picked up this universal heater valve a while back for the 510, haven't gotten around to installing, but would certainly work and probably quite well with a little ingenuity. Part number is 660-1141 at NAPA, you can check it out on the napaonline site and get a pic of it. Quote Link to comment
DREWSDIME
I have an extra used 620 heater valve in good condition $15 plus shipping if anyone is interested. Quote Link to comment
jesusno2
I have a 510 one also if ya need one I just took mine out I always just turn the heater off when I don't need it. You could prolly get creative with a small ball valve also. Quote Link to comment
