izzo Posted May 7, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 7, 2012 Its important to know the area in which you are doing donuts. Things like this can happen. Found a cement block. Luckily its just the fender/grille that got ate. Grass was too tall in the field and I didn't see it :( Got a replacement fender and grille (thanks adam) Gave it a tune up that day though. New NGKs, cap/rotor. Still need to try and tune it. Swapped out the old alt and installed a 720 IR alternator. Ill get some OICS up another time. In the process of moving now. Quote Link to comment

There is a B210 Hatch that is about the same blue as yours at the Classic U-Pick-Apart in Boring,OR...Both fenders are clean,Its mixed in with all the VW's Quote Link to comment

Work gets in the way of everything haha. I got the new fender on the B, even washed it! Installed a CD deck and some subs. When I come across some more money I am going to replace the door speakers with component speakers. Put mids in the doors and install tweets somewhere. As is the fronts crumple hard when jamming. Used my 720 to haul all my datto parts, tools, welders etc. I had roughly 1000lbs in it and it did great. A little bouncy but not bad for 4" drop... Quote Link to comment
