510_Dillon
a close friend (previous 510 owner) of mine was looking for a 510 so my dad and i searched for a month or two and after posting a WTB ad on ratsun, i got a pm from (hobbes_the_cat) saying he had a 2 door he was interested in selling. looking at the pics online we decided to take the trip to bremerton with the car dolly in tow :D and of course we had to buy it! The guys name was Jeff and he was a really good guy and dont worry he still had another 510 haha after towing it back to everett we had to make the first stop at a carwash like all the other projects and soon thats were the cars character came out! can you say RATSUN???? 4 hours later!!!the paint ended up all flaking off which looks cool :D and moar lowerrr when we got her home we started to wet sand and buff it, still a lot to do but the top looks sweet! wish we could have welded the ratsun logo! i didnt get a chance to take pics of the engine swap being done which im sure you all can tell these pics are all from my cell phone haha but here is the KA swap in the car! going for the beater look my dad and my friend (squirrel) decided some boso pipes would look good i like the first exhaust pic but since he is going to daily it the exhaust guy toned it down has very good sound to it. next week it will have some wider wheels and ill be sure to keep you guys updated on it, look forward to see it at canby! just another 510 on the road :D Quote Link to comment

Hooligan
Was just digging through and found this. My step father is the original builder of this car. We were just talking about how much he wished he wouldn't have let her go.... cool to see it on the road again Quote Link to comment
