BEEBANI
How come it won't let me save pics from the oldminiz site? How did you guys do it? Quote Link to comment
BEEBANI
Nevermind, found the pics I wanted at bluepanic. Quote Link to comment
dsigh
This works on anything - Press "Ctrl" and then "PrtSc" Open Microsoft Paint and select the dotted box Right click anywhere on the page and select "Paste" Trim what you want, open another Paint and copy and paste into the second window. Lemme know how that works. Quote Link to comment
fisch
I am on a mac and just draged the photos from the browser and dropped them in photoshop. Quote Link to comment
BEEBANI
thanks, I'll give it a go. btw, I'm working on a truck gallery that I want to post here soon. I have about 200 or so pics (of each model I think) that I've been gathering over the last few years. Quote Link to comment
71-521
How come it won't let me save pics from the oldminiz site? How did you guys do it?I use a program called easy screen capture 2....it works really well on protected pages...if you can see it it will save it for you...or a portion if you just want part of a picture...trial version here: http://www.longfine.com/download.html Quote Link to comment
dat521gatherer
that 520 is fuqing sick! you gotta love those curves. Quote Link to comment
Bleach
Paint shop pro is my tool of choice. It has an easy to use screen capture too. You can do multiple captures and then go into the program later and all of them are there at once for you to work at. I have a "free" version... ;) Quote Link to comment
Steroid
That rear view of the red 620 (Japanese) is the feature truck on last month's Japanese magazine Truck Trends. He has now painted it gloss black! That truck is absolutely AWESOME!! Notice how He "ended" the bullitside and also somehow "unibodied" the cab into the bed. Very, very nice, If You go onto http://www.trucktrendsweb.com and clic on the issues area, You will see the cover shot. By the way, the editor of that magazine was the person that drove My Wife and I all over Tokyo. Very nice guy named Mark. You have seen Him in photos of runs over here in Mini Truckin' magazine. I am lucky enough to own all 24 issues of Truck Trends. A collection that was quite a feat to do!! Someday I hope to scan all of the truck photos and features and post them somewhaer. Another project!!! Quote Link to comment

BEEBANI
my wheels are turning now, I've been trying to pinpoint how I wanted to do the bed....I love the looks of that! Quote Link to comment
Icehouse
Do you think it would flex enough to cause problems? I want to build one like that :D Quote Link to comment
BEEBANI
I wouldn't unibody mine, I just like the shaved look. Quote Link to comment
Icehouse
I wouldn't unibody mine, I just like the shaved look. Why? Is it just your preference or do you think it would crack? Quote Link to comment
fisch
I wouldn't unibody mine, I just like the shaved look. I was under the impression they made a factory 620 unibody over there, no? I really don't know, just though I heard that last time they came up. So consider this misinformation! Quote Link to comment
Steroid
OK. First off, as far as I know, there were no unibody trucks built over there. The only "unibody" truck is the "U" model (search elsewhere on this forum to see information and photos). This guy built His own frame from the photos in Truck Trends. Here are 3 photos. His bedfloor is raised (truck bagged) so who knows, without looking underneath, about how the truck's frame is now. This is, quite possibly, the CLEANEST 620 ever built!!! Quote Link to comment
makya
Wow. just wow. It almost makes me sad to look at the pics knowing I'll probably never see that truck in person. It's beautifiul. Quote Link to comment
fisch
That's SOOOO BAD ASSSSS! Pac your skills with your vert project are awesome, so build one of these too! Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
Now that's one sexy ass, dayum... That black truck....just...dayum Ice it should be easy enough to strengthen the connection and keep it from cracking. Quote Link to comment
1lo620
He did body work to it, shaved the marker lights, welded up the tailgate and I will say almost for sure fixed cracks and stress marks on the section of the unibody. In my opinion there is alot of flexing and stress in that section. So if he drives it alot it has to crack through. Bondo doesnt give, if anything you have to allow for shrinkage. But doent get me wrong, very fricking cool...very smoothed, like to see the under carriage and engine bay. and interior...:cool: Quote Link to comment
Steroid
OK, OK, due to popular demand................. More photos!!!! It is My pleasure to share them. That, actually is why I am buying all these magazines. To share. Quote Link to comment
