They want to sell it to someone who will allow me to rent, but who knows. So I am trying to get money together uber quick to build a Garage this spring. I want a large 3 car that can fit a 2 post, and I am on a strict budget. So my goal is to build the shell and pad in the larger size I want, and finsih it as $ permits.
