graveltrapp
Was that a hood meets windshield situation? Just saw your other post, Was the hood just not latched all of the way? that sucks either way but it looks like you had a caring Heineken waiting for you at home to make things better. 12honderd
Bingo lol I slammed the hood shut I guess it just didn't latch all the way... Good way to spend my tax return. As much as I hate hood pins I'm gonna start rockin them. Quote Link to comment

graveltrapp
Those look legit, but I would be concerned with the mechanism getting goofed up with crap. These probably work great on show cars and garage queens but not so good on a daily driver out in the elements. I think some classic styled are the safest. Quote Link to comment

datsunfreak
And are these pretty expensive? Don't want the pins, just the upper aluminum plates... I'm kind of digging the old school new school style of these. Quote Link to comment
graveltrapp
Most of the billet ones are at about $120.00. Cheaper than a hood and windshield but still a bit spendy. These are $90.00 shipped. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1964-2011-MUSTANG-BILLET-RACING-HOOD-PIN-KIT-POLISHED-/110638145936#vi-content And the carbon ones are still the bargain,I have seen these on ebay for some time. This is a link directly to there page. I like what your buddy did with his, looks clean. http://www.k2motor.com/nrg-hood-pin-black-carbon.html Quote Link to comment
