Laecaon
In reality, the CXRacing radiator is silly wide. Here is how wide it is. I have opened up my radiator opening 1.5" on either side and Im still not even close to getting to the end tanks. How it looks through the core support on a 510: And from inside the bay, notice how close it is to the headlights... 2 Quote Link to comment

DAT510
I just wanted to post this here for future searches, Dayco #71601 lower rad Jose works perfect with the 97 Jetta rad. As Creepycruisers method of using old radiator hose as a reducer it works perfectly. I'll post a picture of fitment later 1 Quote Link to comment

paradime
You can buy a core direct and you or they can mig the in, out, and fill cap where ever you want. https://radiatorsupplyhouse.com/products/custom-fabrication/ 1 Quote Link to comment
demo243
AFCO 80104n - https://www.summitracing.com/parts/afc-80104n You can see the hose numbers I used as well (Both needed to be trimmed down)- both the hoses I used do require a reducer on the engine side - each one needed to be reduced by 1/4" if I remember correctly - I also ended up going with an inline thermostat as well since I plugged the heater core outlet and had temp issues.
