gman
Just got the truck back today. Here are some cell phone pics for now. Redrill from 6 lug to 5. Took me a couple of months to locate a guy that could do the swap for me. J & S Gear Co. in Huntington Beach did the job. Need to lower the front and find chrome center caps..... Pacific coast Datsun
Aweome look Greg! Yeah we can lower it a "few" more inches ;) Quote Link to comment
djmoreron
Very clean wheels. They give the truck a whole new look. Did you have to modify the center bore? Quote Link to comment
Steroid
Congratulations ! ! ! I was suggesting to Greg that Datrod or somebody that makes stuff with billett could take one Porsche center cap as a pattern and make four with the Datsun "meatball" logo. There is a photo on another thread: http://forum.ratsun.net/showthread.php?t=8936&page=2 Photo by Mark----post 28--10th picture down. of a strut cap on a 510 at the FFF run. I believe it is John's red wagon. If somebody can add that photo somehow, that is what I mean. So, Greg's centercaps all would have the Datsun logo. How cool would that be????? Quote Link to comment
Steroid
Sorry....... Now that I took a minute and READ CLOSER (duh!!!) Mark says that it is Nelson's wagon. Sorry. Anyway, that idea is what I mean. Quote Link to comment

Steroid
That's it!!!!! How cool would centercaps like that look?!?!?!? Quote Link to comment
dat620
that by far is one of my all time favorite looks, on a 620, i used to love seeing those on trucks back in the day...right on bro, that's HOT...:D gives it a whole new sportier look.:) Quote Link to comment
motavated
I looked the gear company who did your work. In there online pic it seems that there is a 620 park outside? How much did he charge? What did he do other than changing the lug pattern? Quote Link to comment
gman
djmoreron: Center bore not changed. Motavated: Charged $500.00 all labor. He said after completing the job it was more work than he thought. Removed rear axle and he had to make a porsche indexer to match the lug pattern. Then welded on chevy studs to complete the job. I just did not want to run adapters. You can always count on a ratsun guy to see every detail like the 620 in their website page. Thanks for comments guys........ Quote Link to comment
73dat
that's a bitching look,me like it mucho.......................... Quote Link to comment
