  1. Some one here bought that turbo manifold it and it pretty much uses the same gasket... I dont know though... Its been a while. I seen it on here... The engine was never completed.
  2. So the block is free... A rebuilt l16 block for free... And you want to trade for a questionable KA? Common man... There is no questioning here. Rebuild a head for that l16 and put that fucker together and run that free motor. If you want to get more complicated then be my guest! Just take this blessing from the Datsun gods and DONT MAKE THEM ANGRY! A rebuilt head is worth like 300...   5. My engine died so I rebuilt it. Took my time and trying to make this one right. Powder coated the valve cover and chain cover. and removed all the rust on the parts and painted... Maybe I should get new bolts instead of the ugly rusted ones... That is why the chain cover is not installed a 100%... I also repainted the engine bay and hood.

  8. I measured them the diameter of the gaskets. I also went to the store and ordered a Rock and some other "JDM" brand head gasket and compared notes. The Felpro has the smallest diameter pretty much stock bore. Then Rock head gasket and the other jdm one were the second largest diameter, but not by much. The gasket with the biggest diameter was the beck and arnley at 87.08 mm I am going to use that and I ordered two more on sale from rock auto. THANKS!
  9. I also got these NOS 6 cylinder l series distributor caps. 17 bux's each plus ship or obo. One is for 260Z L26 74; 280Z L28 Eng 75-78; 810 L24 Eng 77-78 the other is for l24e, l28e l28, 280zx, 810 and maxima from 1978-1980's

No head no distrubutor no carb no fuel and water lines no front corner lights no disk and calipers no dome light Ac pump is there and hoses but some one was fucking with the interior ac shit Some one removed the grill and was placed aside No gril emblem No left side jdm side mirror delete plate no right side rear window chrome no hubcaps no rear carpet no clock no emblems no steering wheel What is there fan was not stock I think 6 blade ac system and mount fan shrow l18 with trans all the door and mirrors roof rack diff relays throttle levers dash odometer clock delete plate door handels were removed seats door panels were damaged center counsel. "Missing center" glove box horns front headlights hood fenders valance bumpers front and rear that is pretty much it

  12. I buzzed hainz so he can sell me one of his special head gaskets that need payments... Maybe he can help me out? But I did take it apart. I found that the felpro does go into the bore. Just verily... But it does... I have another head gasket by beck and arnley as well, its made from asbestos. The beck and arnley seem's to clear it. Has any one had good experiences from asbestos head gaskets? Other than dying a horrible death? Here are the pics... Here are the pics. I think its best just to find that clears it 100%... Asbestos head. felpro head.
  13. While looking at the hainz video. He adviced in the movie that the head gasket should not interfier with the piston. The felpro head gasket was touching the inside of the cylinder bore. I decided that it was ok and it was torqued up. but I guess it is not! Should I find a correct head gasket just to be safe? I think I will take it apart, double check, and replace with a correct one. Any advice is appreciated... :D

  18. The grill was there an hour ago. Plus!!!! Wth man. The 610 is not in katella in Stanton. It is on beach street. I was walking around for an hour and I could not find that little fucker in katella. Went to the one on beach. There it was. Fucken HOT! The front corner lights be gone, I did not take them. I took the gas and fuel lines that belong on the engine and the lower radiator housing. The fenders and front is far from perfect. It is rebuildable/fixable but not 100%. I say... 63%...
  19. Found this at the yard for free... I got to hook up Robert with a spark plug set for given them to me. :D
