Looks like someone removed yours. Use a piece of channel or square tubing as a spacer maybe? The floor isn't straight in that area though.

I have used them on 13" up to 22" tires with no problems.

The front part of the seats mount to a rail that sits about 2-3" off of the floor board.

They aren't stock that's for sure. Should work though. You try lining them up? Tabs to the back and the flat part up front.
