No new pics as it was a busy day and I had to go to work. I got new tires put on the truck and an oil change. 205/60 front (thanks to MM47) 205/65 rear. I have too much space between the fender and tires in the front so I really need new bump stops and to re-index the torsion bars. I also had the old beat tires taken off of my set of steelies. Not sure if I am going to refinish them or not. Ride quality is much better but I have a really hard pull to the right/passenger when I press the brakes. Going to try to check it out tomorrow but it depends on how busy I am with work. In other news, my civic sold. Surprised my mom because she has been trying to get me to sell it for two years. If only she knew that it selling meant more Datsun parts :)

Rain rain go away... Alright, so I love the way this B210 looks except for the mirrors. Anyone know what lip this is? I want these mirrors and grill: Also, kinda like the wheel styles on these cars. Similar but different number of spokes. Hard to decide between these and snowflakes.

It was raining off and on today so I didn't get much done. Got the tank out: Sending unit out, its pretty trashed: There is a thin layer of gunk/rust in the tank. Calling a radiator shop tomorrow to see about hot tanking it with the radiator, if that doesn't work out in will ride in the back of my truck with a few fist fulls of rocks. Also want to find someone with a media blaster to tank care of this: Also removed the back seat, no pics though. Back seat frame is in good shape, finally have a frame to try my hand at upholstery. Will be looking for some interior pieces but it will be slow. Found out I have to pay out about $3k by the end of the year... Gotta love those student loans.

They usually go for 2-3k down here for shells or "ran when parked"

Ah thank you for the detailed pictures. editing my post as I don't need the arms. I am so used to seeing vehicles with hooks on the end that I didn't pay attention to the other clip styles. Sorry for the confusion, it was my mistake.

It has one connector completely melted through. The PO ran the wire through the hole to the other fuse holder...

Beautiful cars :) My next purchase is a tie between a miata, a motorcycle (something vintage), and an early 240sx. Sadly I always end up broke when I find what I want and can't find anything nice when I have money :P

Wanted to give an update on this swap. Haven't had any issues after the bolt broke on the 4th of March. The truck is running great and I can run the heater, wipers, and headlights without any problems. I may be upgrading to a more modern radio soon with some new components, but nothing too over powering. I just want to get rid of the road gear cassette player... Also, I have let the truck sit for 5 days without cranking and it started right up. I did find out that I need a new fuse box and I need to adjust valves and tune the weber, but those are opics for another thread. Now back to figuring out my parts list for the new B210 :)

I thought about it. My sister lives north of Redding, Cali and a friend of mine offered me a job in Willows a few years ago. I have just never grown the balls to make the move :P

Well bugger. I will look closer tomorrow but it seems like I may not need the arms/bracket after all. Thanks for checking on those RedBanner, could you post a picture of what you have or send me a pic in a PM so I can compare them to what I have? My camera takes horrible pictures.

Ah ok, that makes sense. I knew I had seen the D-slots before :P Are you going to pull the fender or flare it? Or will you be going with a good stretch?

^ 2x Widebody would be epic. Not sure how you would go about doing it though.
