You can see that the drain on the far right side is clear? Gently pour in water and confirm that water drains out behind the front right fender and does not drop by the heater.

Another possible leak is the windshield rubber seal. Could be anywhere along the top, side or bottom on the right.

Check heater hoses and water cock on the passenger side of the heater assembly.

Dwayne.... were you on 720 World???

Mine leaks in an unaccessable area  in the cowl area. If you stick your head up under the heater core with a light you will probably see a rusty area. I could get my leak to stop with thickened epoxy for a while but it would leak again a few months later. Garage kept now so i try to avoid the rain but before next respray I will dig in there and weld it up. Good luck

What up Dwayne, a ole 720 World member.I just replaced my door window seals, water was coming through there but didn't get inside the truck. It kinda messed up the inside of the door panel. It made a few of the panel clips get lose.I bought new clips and repaired the panels so that the clips would keep the door panels secure. This is probably not your problem. Also when these seals go bad,it will make your window rattle when rolled down.A good URL site is Imgur.com.I use it.It's free...

Thanx, Tommy, glad you still kickin and keeping 720 up. Bought this'n while back, Only bad place in cab was sunroof drain. They picked bad way to terminate it. Rusted thru above cab mount and I never caught it till I got home and caught a glint when I opened door. I brought it on out and put bug screen on end. How does imgur work? Photo storage?

Photo storage?Just go to the site and sign up.Then you can load your pictures  and videos there and send them any where, also they have some pictures and video's to see.My wife has a 2004 lincoln LS  with a moon roof and one of the drain hoses stretched and came loose and was leaking at the inside part that comes down by the door from the inside top .I had to take apart the top roof part and pull the hose back to the fitting and secure it with a cable tie. These Lincoln's have a history of this.

is the corner under the cowl and fender.

You gotta stick your head in and look up from the inside - it's the seam between cowl, fender and firewall.

The 720 construction will be similar for sure.

Yes everything is out in that pic, as that was the stage in my build. If you set a trouble light or a flashlight into the cowl openings (remove the wipers then the cowl cover - the slotted panel) you can probably see if there's light visible. Have someone move the light about to confirm.
