76 fastback
haven't been on in a while. here is my 76 B210 this first pic is after I already pulled off the bumpers. got these 13" front wheels off craigslist out off California cleaned them up put 280ZX front struts and all polyurethane front end. closed the gap between hatch and back end with piece. all Metal front and rear roll pans. cut and lifted hood 1" then made a top and bottom fiberglass hood with extended front to give it a touch of attitude. don't care for the hood, will redo for a 2" later. tinted windows, rebuilt carb, rebuilt front end, 13" in front 15" in back, grant steering wheel, all new window, door, and trunk rubber, shaved antenna, locks, trim, lights, and door handles. filled in cowl. installed four speed, replaced rear shocks, new front corbeau seats, underneath the "stuff" these cars have great lines. need to repower!!! the guy at the tire shop (buds tires in Springfield,mo) said give me a minute, then comes back with these vintage wheel emblems from some old mickey Thompson stock out of Canada from back in the day. SWEET!!! 3 Quote Link to comment
B2Fresh
Your ride came out pretty sweet.!!! Body works is straight.. Nice.!! Reminds me of my last B210 hatchback that I had. Shave door handles and side marker lights, back panel reflectors and emblems and other mods that I had done to it.. Quote Link to comment

Tolkmod
Man, that's beautiful!! :w00t:  Love the bumper reworking, looks clean and straight! Also love the rims, looks good with the 15's in the back and 13's in front. Nice, clean paint and beautiful curves. I was never a fan the fast-back coupe version of the b210 until i saw this one. B2Fresh
Where did you get the window rubber from.? I also have a fastback (hatchback) b210 and I need to replace all the rubber on it and looking for a source in getting them. Any help will be much appreciated.. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The 13s cleared the zx caliper ok? Needs 15s on the front for symmetry with slightly narrower tires than the back. Front tires will make the back look larger. Like how the roll pans were treated, I hate mine and the park benches. Don't care for the 'screens' over the openings. Don't need them and attracts attention. I owned a new '76. Wouldn't have noticed the hood without you mentioning it so definitely needs to be higher. Best thing? the stripe. Usually not a fan of non factory personalized stuff but you hit a home run with that. Awesome detail! Quote Link to comment
maltese
Are the side mirrors missing the glass? Cameras? Quote Link to comment
76 fastback
THE 13" ARE SOOOOO CLOSE, HAD TO REVERSE THE BREAK CALIPERS. THE FRONT END CAME DOWN QUITE A BIT WITH THE SLIP COLLARS, YOU CAN'T TELL IN THESE PIC. IT'S KIND OF ON A SLIGHT HILL. THE FRONT SCREENS CAME OFF SOME RACE TRACK PIC I LOOKED UP, I DIDN'T WANT THE FRONT END TO LOOK TOO (HEAVY). THE HOOD WELL THAT'S BITTER SWEET, I WANTED IT TO BE SUBTLE BUT I MISSED IT, ITS TOO SUBTLE. (REDO). THE STRIPE, NOW THAT WAS A PAIN IN THE ASS, REALLY FEELT THAT I ALMOST HAD TO SHAVE THE DOOR HANDELS JUST TO GET THEM OUT OF THE WAY OF MY STRIPE. IT TOOK US EIGHT HOURS TO LAY THAT OUT AND MASK. 20 SOME YEARS AGO I'M GOING UP I-5 IN EVERETT IN MY ORANGE HATCHBACK AND I SEE A B-HATCHBACK THAT IS ROOTBEER BROWN WITH A STRIPE THAT WRAPPED AROUND THE BUTT AND I TOLD MY SELF IF I EVER PAINT ONE OF THOSE I'M GONNA PUT THAT STRIPE ON IT. SO I TOOK THE WRAP STRIPE AND PUT IT TOGETHER WITH A DODGE DEMON STRIPE, HAD TO KEEP IT THIN- DIDN'T WANT TO OVER POWER THE CAR WITH IT. WOULD LOVE TO PUT A CAGE IN IT AND RE-POWER THE CAR. PUT THE SSS EMBLEM ON IT, COULDN'T PASS IT UP-TO PERFECT. IT IS AFTER ALL A NISSAN PART- BLASPHEMY MAYBE, SACRILEGE NEVER!!! Quote Link to comment
76 fastback
NO CAMERAS JUST CAME OUT OF THE SHOP SO NO MIRRORS ON PIC, STILL HAD TO FINISH PUTTING CAR TOGETHER Quote Link to comment
bilzbobaggins
Nice ride. Did you splooge on the keyboard and mess up the cap lock key? :) Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
All Caps is not only harder but slower to read and more prone to reading mistakes. It should be saved for those few times you really mean to shout or people will start ignoring you.. Quote Link to comment
Tolkmod
Speaking of mirrors... what kind are those? got a link? lol been looking for something to replace my craptastic ones, and those are sweet Quote Link to comment

tmanhwm
Where did you get the window rubber from.? I also have a fastback (hatchback) b210 and I need to replace all the rubber on it and looking for a source in getting them. Any help will be much appreciated.. Hey Fresh - I bought vent window rubber for my '76 from rare spares in Australia. Part #'s RRQS423 and RRQS424. Slow and expensive, but they might be the last place on earth that's still making them. Still can't find the long triangle one's in the way back...probably going to have to make them. I got the front windshield, rear hatch glass, and door rubber on ebay from Thailand. 1 Quote Link to comment
B2Fresh
Thanks "tman" for the info.. I'll check them out for some pricing. Do you have a picture of your 76.? If you do post it up on the B210 Recall page.. 1 Quote Link to comment
