VGs are ugly motors. Come prove me wrong!

Recommended Posts

My greatest complaint about working on a vg is the random maze of coolant hoses at the backside of the intake. Total bullshit. If I ever had one in a toy vehicle, I would re design that whole assembly somehow.

In regards to the topic title. An engines beauty should be gauged by the ear, foot and seat of pants. The eye can be very deceiving.

Why I love the SR20, doesn't look that great honestly, but I watched the local drifting every other weekend and man to they do work

Yeah the first week of my apprenticeship I did the little 90 hose underneath the front of the super charger. Jesus I almost quit lol

No one is denying the stature of the VG30. It's a damned good motor.

Argument is...its an ugly motor.

For all intents and purposes, the only iteration of the VG that even looks halfway decent is the last of them; the VG30/33 that came in the Frontier, Xterra, and Pathfinder.
