That4doorKiD
I used a stupid puller ment only for tie rods and it wasn't the greatest, it kept slipping, but i'll choose the more easier route in the future  1 Quote Link to comment

That4doorKiD
last month, I turned 17! so that's what got me new suspension parts. While, I was putting on some headers, I saw a cracked bolt in the block, and after taking off the cast iron headers, I also cracked a bolt. Happened so sudden. They were not sticking out enough to be easily taken out soo... I'm putting in a rebuilt L-16 previous owner had rebuilt it, not fresh but also not old! I wanted to paint the engine bay and rewrap the wires but my project has been taking too long, I just want it running now and then start to do the pretty :sneaky: Plus+ my Dad wanted me to get it running already too Haha! I agree tho It has the early 210 head, not the best for performance but it'll do for now until my L-20 comes  Oo goody, look at what's going on there. Dogleg 5speed short tail, (off a 200sx I was told) Clutch on with alignment thingy Dad was helping me and we should be putting it in today. tranny mount from an L-20b 5 speed that fit the 510? The rubber mount on the dogleg from a 200sx did not fit/adapt to the 510 tranny mount? wierd well luckily i found a L-20 5 speed that did adapt [510 to Rubber to Tranny] 2 Quote Link to comment

banzai510(hainz)
Yeah I know. Its your car Im just preventing you from looking lLAME later. As a stock type(small 13in case) turbo you can tuck it up so it dont hit goig into driveways and the such. When I was young having a playboy Rabbit sticker on the car was cool also Then Local Motion stickers DG then Monster ect ,Double wiper blades. Wire wheels that stick out. Gabrial HiJacker shocks BIG Wings , Spinner wheels, ect.... Converting Datsun trucks to Square headlights(lame now) Wings on Subarus, these look lame now. Ok I boxed flair my 1st 510, Now looking back BIG MISTAKE cool at the time 2 Quote Link to comment
That4doorKiD
I'll keep your advice in mind an just use the expansion+u bolt method to put it on, that way I'll be able to interchange mufflers!. BTW my taste for 510's has shaped up alot, for ex..bre spooks only go with fender mirrors and my taste for only classic rims, ssr and hayashi I may change my style of the muffler probably soon hahaa I don't like dimes flared,at all unless bre slammed with 13" libres 1 Quote Link to comment
rusty12ver
Nice work, might want to change those couplers on the fuel filler. The fuel will break it down and turn them to mush. AutoZ can get fuel filler hose. Edit: summit sells a magnaflow round body 2" in/out for 85.00, it fits nice and tucks under. 2 Quote Link to comment

Jester
Could I talk you into taking a pic of the color in the interior. Somewhere where the paint isn't faded? And what is the code on your core support? Mine was removed when the PO painted it baby blue. 2 Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
put a nice exhaust on there.with a Superturbo Dynomax, small case 2 inch The stock exaust manifold is the best most headers suck, they warp and crack and fitting issues 1 Quote Link to comment
