Leftists tend to hate anything that has an image of being strong, good and successful. They hate America, they hate Western civilization, they hate white males, they hate rationality. The reasons that leftists give for hating the West, etc. clearly do not correspond with their real motives. They SAY they hate the West because it is warlike, imperialistic, sexist, ethnocentric and so forth, but where these same faults appear in socialist countries or in primitive cultures, the leftist finds excuses for them, or at best he GRUDGINGLY admits that they exist; whereas he ENTHUSIASTICALLY points out (and often greatly exaggerates) these faults where they appear in Western civilization. Thus it is clear that these faults are not the leftist's real motive for hating America. He hates America and the West because they are strong and successful.

I just want to ENTHUSIASTICALLY point out how fucking sick I am of this leftist vs rightist civil war. America has work to do and this kind of childish divisive bull shit ante helping.

I agree ! we need to get the Trump haters to accept the fact that he will be our President and he might actually do a good job.At least warm up to the idea and try to support it.

I don't know where it was.I dont recall anything about Obama (protest wise) being as bad as it is with Trump. You can't deny that. Anti-Trump people have caused more issues and done more crying than any other anti-whoever in history.

Where were the opposition to Obama "protests"?

It may be pointless to explain, but for others sake I shall.

Protests of the nature we have seen this year are largely urban reactions. In cities and universities, where it is relatively easy to amass a crowd, as well as audience, protesting makes more sense. As we all know, urban areas, as well as universities are dominantly liberal. Though some less than others. As we did see protest marches in Detroit and Texas universities. Detroit seemed more unsure about themselves though, as they hid their face with strange white pointy masks. Most of the protests were smaller actions by small groups beating up black people, or people they thought were close enough to black. Burning crosses in lawns, hanging Neuses from trees and other tasteful acts.

Protests, as you will use as your argument is not my point though. My point was, and is: We need to support our President. As a Nation we must or we see gridlock. If either side expects it of the other, they must deliver themselves. Obama saw the largest party line opposition of any previous president since Lincoln. So I fear there will be no feeling of debt in the hearts of liberals.

I wish this weren't true. But it is. KingOfHearts, I rarely see you actually making a point to support your position. You rely on counterpoints seemingly always.
