Can anyone identify the color of this car?

I'm really liking this blue, but im not sure what it is. Looks sorta like a 92 corvette blue.

The general color of the picture looks off, kind of yellowish red. How we see color is dependent on the light it is viewed in. The actual correct color code of paint for this car, when viewed in sunlight, may look different. You could have a color made to match what you see in this picture. To simulate sunlight, paint and printing companies view color samples under special 5,000 degree Kelvin lamps.

 

And, yes it's a nice sapphire blue color perhaps with just a hint of green.

yeah it's definately been touched up.

 

I'm still undecided on which blue to use. Ilove that color, but the 92 corvette blue on my friends mustang looks real nice too. I want something not too light, but gives a nice reflection in the light.

check in a ford color chip book i think its a moonlight blue or electric blue something like that its almost 100% pearl and its not cheap.

Probably any good body shop could ID that for you. I think that it's not so much the blue, but whatever the metal flake is in it that makes it hawt. Maybe like a gold or something.. I dont know.. I'm mildly retarted.:blink:

04 nissan 350z daytona blue, still available, very very nice color, i've considered it for my 70's flashback 620 king kab, but then that would not be a 70's color:D

I dont like the daytona blue much. For a brighter blue there are nicer colors I think. I'm sorta looking for a darker blue blue

 

 

Anyhow that z towards the bottom is toyota spectra blue.

One of the colors I toss around for my 510 is Chevy's blue granite metalic. I think it would look pretty nice:

I still don't see the metalic in the first pic. the picture looks a big grainy and limited in colors like it was a GIF at one time. Higher res would help. But its a good looking color.
