I have a friend with 67 Mustang convertible that's badly rusted. Last guy in lifts up on the door and shuts it from the outside then jumps over to get in. If you are in the back seat you can watch the floor move up and down where the front leaf spring mounts are. Not really safe but always an adventure.

I think hammuuck has a fleet of mustangs like that.

The weight of the trunklid  pulled the body away from the bottom of the window tape is bottom of window .. Tape and strap were for shipping.

Behind the house where I grew up were the remnants of some old car. I'm not sure what it was, but the biggest piece of metal left was the diff. Everything else had been reclaimed by nature.

 

Up north they talk about how the salt eats cars. Here it's the humidity. Nothing lasts forever. Every car starts to rot the minute it shows up. Enjoy them while you can.
