cdub42 Posted July 13, 2013 Report Share Posted July 13, 2013 perhaps a sticky on this subject? or make it a challenge.. to earn the right to choose a member title you should have to complete a list of tasks...something like... a picture of u at canby, a picture of u at blue lake, a picture or confirmed story of you broke down on the side of the road and preforming some ratsun skill to get it going again. a picture of you removing or replacing a major component on your datto a minimum number of posts in insomniacs, AND post-its, post-as, or post-men... your choice.. a build thread... a post with a complete rundown of the specs and stats of your datto. a picture or confirmed story of you working on, helping, or making the job more difficult for another ratsun member's ride we can get really creative here.. make it like a scavenger hunt... or earning merit badges... datzenmike Posted July 13, 2013 Report Share Posted July 13, 2013 The title is not changeable by the member. Traditionally no one has ever had a 'member title' given to them when they asked. The fact that you have one at 45 posts is truly astonishing. We have members here with thousands of posts and none. Usually a title is given out at the whim of some mod to a member who is or has done something noteworthy though not always praiseworthy. Also in the past, members who complained about what the gods bestowed on them were sorry with the changes. Be careful what you ask for.... you might just get it. Link to comment
