521 Resurection

So I picked up this 521 out in the BFE of Nevada a while ago...

and started working on it the last few days.

 

tossed out the nasty stock drums...

and slapped on some beefy disks...

^ thanks. You going to buff it out or just leave it as it is. 

 

 

Iv already test buffed a spot, the paint will come out nicely.

 

 

 

This is a 240z I brought back from the dead.

 

It was so faded it almost looks white.

re doing all the dash parts and getting it back together.

it got left out in the sun of NV for who knows how long and all the plastics turned to dust

as soon as you touched them lol so I re pinned them with new plugs

Where do you get the new plugs from?

 

Datsun 521 trucks seem to either be from the southwest, have less rust, but more damage on plastic and rubber parts, or from the northwest, and plastic and rubber is in better shape, but more metal is rusted.
