angliagt Posted February 3, 2021 Report Share Posted February 3, 2021 When I lived in Eureka (CA),they had a big Tiger meet.They had the two prototypes on display.One was built by Carrol Shelby's shop.It was done pretty well. The other was done by Ken Miles (If I remember right).It looked like a car someone put together after drinking a 12 pack of beer - roughly finished. The local sports car club (RSCC) put on an autocross & a rally.The head of the Tiger group,Norm complained about everything. There was an article in the local paper,where Norm was quoted as saying - "This is the best event we've ever had". 2 Quote Link to comment
