kidwitha521
Floor mods to handle that height? No, all we did is a 3 inch block, dropped trans crossmember a half inch because the way previous owner had it mounted placed trans right against floor, and a 4 degree pinion angle shim occasionally on hard bumps driveline will hit floor but some shocks should help with that since the ones on it are blown Quote Link to comment
kidwitha521
And I drive all over town no problem since its my only car Quote Link to comment

edekalil
Took off the Weber with hirise manifold to put this shorter adaptor on just have to get the studs out. After that the stock linkage should work. Next the gas tank gets put in. Gotta get this Goon going! 2 Quote Link to comment

edekalil
Whent to the house hooked up the spring that connects to the throttle linkage back up, stepped on the gas peddle and it whent down and back up correctly. Wow now I have a Weber 32/36 DGV on my Goon. Hope I can install the gas tank befor the end of April. That way I should have the Goon cranking and driving again. 1 Quote Link to comment

edekalil
No gas leaks when I put fuel in, but could not get to fire last week so today I have to see what I overlooked. My guess is I probably put a points distributor rotor in a elec distributor. We'll see. 5 Quote Link to comment
