Atomic
Well... At least parts are being sold... but the prices are... bit high..... Why I need to search for these parts you ask, because we lost a warehouse that had all of these parts from this car originally.. And now... I must collect them back with hefty price tag... :crying: Quote Link to comment
Atomic
Oh and I have an Idea for tranny, it's from another car and it's not bolt in solution. But I will post pics if it's a success :w00t: So far it's looking good~ Quote Link to comment
Kirden
Can't wait to see what you come up with. I was actually wondering about the CA18DET trans or even the six-speed SR20 trans to see how much of a pain they would be. I don't see any setup I make for the A-series pushing more than 130ft/lbs (and that's a pipe dream) so both of those should be strong enough. Just thinking about a six-speed in a B210 makes me very happy  Quote Link to comment

Then you have to decide if you want shrink from the tranny axle or get a bigger bearing for the end of the crankshaft. Then you need to cut original tranny so that you get the startermotor piece with it and cut away the same length from the new tranny. Then have your engine placed so that its front is towards ground and then place the new tranny with the original piece attached to the block.. Then have it aligned straight and weld it together, done. Basically any tranny can fit~ Quote Link to comment

Atomic
Some 3D modelling for turbo flanges and such. I probably end using bypass valve as it releases pressurized air to exhaustmani, and spins the turbine. Acceleration --> gear shift --> throttle plate closes --> bypass opens --> pressurized air goes to exhaust mani (explosion can happen)--> turbo spools even when rpm's are low --> instant boost when throttle plate opens again. And I'm probably going to buy exhaust temp gauge for launch control Something like thisss Quote Link to comment
