Royal Sierra
Im new to Ratsun but another member skkeeterz told me someone on here used to own it. I also saw another thread where someone was wanting to buy it. Anyway i figured the last owner would wanna see it. Hasnt changed much.. I got it for 740$. Rebuilt carb fixed throttle cable new plugs new wires. Took tjat weird coilover set up out of the rear, got now falken 195/55s, put in an alpine with pioneer speakers..cb p/a for fun and z steering wheel. Idk wtf was up with the momo one that was in it when i got it. I enjoy the hell out of it. Just trying to find the euro turn signals and taillights along with new dash, seats and carpet. Dont know what the seats are out of either. Anyways just thought id share..any if anyone has any idea where to get those euro lights/dash. Ive searched all over. Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
I do believe that is Datto510's old truck. When he had it it was Light blue with red wheels. Ebay, ebay, ebay. Also you might see what are brothers up in Canada can get, some of their lighting is different. I know on 510's they got 2 bulb front lights and we got single bulb. Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
Also, we need pictures. Quote Link to comment

Royal Sierra
Oregon city. I want to repaint it that gorgeous blue but is dont know what id do with wheels..ive done alot to it but it still needs alot. Still gets lots of complements. Needs brakework..all new suspension. Including shocktowers. Those are toast. Here it is with a guys 510 that posts on here..his bro has that huge sas521 With my gmc and my friends white chev Still have both original door panels. Just not in the truck. Quote Link to comment
Laecaon
I bet you could strip some of that green off. Try an inconspicuous spot and lightly sand through the green. That 510 in the picture belongs to Atom Church, he is actually a moderator on the forum. I thought he also had a 521... Quote Link to comment
Royal Sierra
He does. He ran into me at work and i gave him my.number and he said hed look around his place for parts and had everything i nreded and helped with my carb. Hes an awesome dude. He has a 521 also. His brother has 2 of them.. Quote Link to comment

datto510
I miss that truck. :crying: I know that thing pretty well, shoot me a PM if you have any questions about it. Does the engine still run strong? That little thing scooted! I used to commute from Ilwaco, WA to Seattle (exactly 199 miles) in that truck. It never let me down. Quote Link to comment
lovedatsun
I like you wide wheel. Quote Link to comment
Royal Sierra
Yea it runs strong always fires right up and has never given me any problems. And it still gets up and goes pretty good. Quote Link to comment
mklotz70
My buddy and I chased this truck down in my Soul a year or so ago.....to a Goodwill I think. It was back before the suspension broke. Chatted with him for a few.... One of many I've chased down to introduce to Ratsun. Some have heard of it....a lot haven't. I always tell them about Canby too :) Quote Link to comment

Royal Sierra
No intentions of getting rid of it. I love this truck. When i got it it barely ran. I mean went to pick it up it took like 20nin to get it running. It wasnt even firing on all cylinders. It backfired really bad and just ran like shit. Still needs a little carb work. Possibly smaller jets but its fine for now. Quote Link to comment
konig209
How you get the rear so low? Whats it sitting on ? Was the frame c notched a lil? Sorry not really good with lowering trucks yet Quote Link to comment
