whats the clearance like on the RH-side? it looks tight...we drive right-hooks here in oz, and i've love to do this swap if it was viable.

 

It is quite likely easier for you to do this swap, as the exhaust is on the left side, all that is on the right side to get in the way is the alternator, but that can be moved to the left side if needed or raised a little.

The issue for me is that the heater core outlets are behind the engine in the 320 firewall, and there isn't a lot of room in the 320 engine compartment front to back for a L block, so you will have to plan on what to do about it, I actually like my heater/defroster.

any more updates??  i bet the 13b would tear ish up in that sweet looking mini truck.

i love the blue paint on it

i tore down the RX7 transmission yesterday to remove the shifter rod and to move the shifter position forward about 8 inches. now the shifter will not be under my seat.

 

ill put up some pictures as soon as i throw it all back together.
