DAT510
I spent all day cleaning the gasket surfaces lol.. and taking the damn tappet plates off, so I could put the lifters back in place.. lol You're probably wondering why it took all day... it's cause I was doing it with a razor, and the gasket was cooked on lol. Then I had to go to school at 7, so the work day was cut short. :( Cylinder head before, after Block These pesky lil sumbitches. 1 Quote Link to comment

DAT510
On a 69 521? Doesn't it require the wire for the elec choke? or can I just wire it with a switch? lol Quote Link to comment
I'm BLUE
yup a switch works as well ,,, if needed ,,, :) or ... wire to "switched" ign source (key on = power ,,, key off = no power) think fusebox-ish ;) some people wire to (+) of coil ,,, but probably not the most approprate idea ( I have done it in the past lol ) Quote Link to comment
