I actually copied the paint finish on the wheels from none other than The Wolfman himself! I saw a pic of his 68 with the black centers on this very forum many years ago and decided to track down a set for myself and give them the same treatment. I've actually just finished re-furbing another set in a different way, I'll have pics up soon. Very nice car mate. One day I to will have a FJ20. Very very nice car all the way around. anth Posted December 8, 2014 Author Report Share Posted December 8, 2014 Went to Classic Japan on the weekend, the only car show I attend every year. You can see the new look for my wheels, silver faces instead of black. I've also had to raise the car about an inch all round because I couldn't get up the driveway :( I'll update this thread soon with pics of the wheel re-furb, I'm actually running 7" fronts and 7.5" rears now, old setup was 6.5" front and 7" rear. Bonus pic with my mates cars, a USDM (but LHD) 2-door running an SR20DET, and a KE25 Corolla with a turbo'd 4AGE. 1 Quote Link to comment

He runs the Datsport front end which uses R31 Skyline struts, they push the track way out and you have to run high offset wheels with them. Quote Link to comment

We have a cafe/restaraunt here in Melbourne called Garage Cafe, you can park your cars inside next to the tables (it's an old warehouse/factory that has been converted). Got myself a newer camera so I'm trying to get back into taking photos. This one does video too so I'm hoping to start playing around with footage in the future. 4 Quote Link to comment

He sure does, it's his first car and will never let it go. The red Escort belongs to a different person, though.
