  1. Are you making a clothes dryer shop heater?? I thought about that but chickened out and bought a diesel RV heater instead .. won’t put out as much heat but uses very little diesel so cheap to run
  2. ok .. So if the Death Star was orbiting Aldereen ,, when they blew it up ,, wouldn’t the lack of gravitational pull shoot their stupid ass way the hell out in milliseconds .. Causing everyone to be almost flattened by the G forces?? it just seems kinda fake to me or am I thinking of Dukes of Hazzard movie ??
  3. Wife scraping driveway last March , with 8N to get rid of potholes her Amazon trucks put in it.. she does pretty good job ,, I think I’ll keep letting her … haha
  4. Tried trading it to guy down road for the TO20 he has for yard art, to have extra parts for mine , but he didn’t wanna .. i dismembered it in front yard over the course of about 9 months so someone could have stopped if they wanted it. I would have given it to them . I have my own front yard , art installation going already .. there’s a case-Davis scatback 430 and a very large TCM forklift so I’m good on that front .. and my oldest two sons cars I have currently running , but not actually using Ferguson TO20 Ford 3000 A Toyota bucket loader running and using 8N Kubota b7500 backhoe ( I think b for baby size) and a couple forklifts What I need is space so I’m getting rid of junk ,, but anyone that’s been to my place can tell you,, it’s hard for me .
  5. it lived outside in elements , about 1/8 mile from Pacific Ocean most of it life in a place accurately named Grayland .. rusty is an understatement,,,, even tranny fill hole plug had rusted away so 3/4 full of water .. it was in my back yard for at least 20 years cuz to lazy to cut pumps and controls off because of mess it makes. kinda was saving steering and and front axles for my better 8N if I ever needed ,, but I found way better steering a guy had stored away ,, that has new bushings installed before his mechanic “helped” him with clutch.. lol Those reasons,,, And my good 8N doesn’t actually need anything . .
  6. Last thing I recycled was a Ford 8n with loader this last November, cuz it wouldn’t fit on neighbors scrap pile . it kinda lives on on my other 8N and tires and rims on my Ford 3000 . And loader pivot points are going to be used on dump bed .
  7. we have it much easier cold wise up here in northwest but last couple days It’s so cold here , had to thaw deadbolt lock on garage with little propane torch get in .. I have to use same key ring to open house so lock door to keep a tiny bit warmer… By the time I hauled studded snow tires from containers in back.. had to re-thaw lock again . It’s mostly because it rained like a cow pissing on a flat rock for months . ,, by Tuesday it will be back to probably 55 and over cast .
  8. Had a metal recycling place about 5 miles away , depending on who was at gate that day might accept most anything,, that closed . Then like a year or so after than ,, the one about 9 miles away, closed.. Now nearest one is kinda a pain cuz their very nit-picky as shit some days.. I think Same company owns two others but both are about 45 minutes away now. One is very small so hard to use with youngest in tow.. other is VERY busy and homeless everywhere,, so weird to leave boys alone in truck to do cash-out . Now I throw in neighbors metal pile and his renter’s friends take it in if they need a couple bucks . Win-win speaking of recycling,,, anyone want this 77 710?? Before it gets recycled free like totally free Rear diff is spoken for but we have forklift and or tractor to get on trailer Hit me up 😂 .
  9. I have window , $100. For just window because it will mess up my storage.. pretty sure I have belts,, not sure of color . free . I am up just south of Olympia .
  10. Ggzilla — good you’re posting again. Didn’t mean to be Debbie downer .
  11. @Larsonian I thought you were going from automatic to 5speed ?? there is no difference whatsoever between 4 and 5 speed pedal boxes.. We used a 4 speed box out of that smashed green wagon in build thread ,, because we had automatic box in warthog to start.. like I said ,, simply adding a bolt and correct pedals isn’t easy as older Datsuns … the manual box has an “extension” box welded on to it from factory for the clutch pedal .. We are pretty good at Jerry rigging stuff and thought adding a box to work would be tough . If you don’t have yours out yet.. I’ll dig around tomorrow to see if he threw auto pedal box away. To show comparisons. ^^^^ It’s worded weird ,, but I’m talking to both of you at once .. if that makes sense
  12. i think, Mikes talking about the cover to keep rain out.. 5speed pedal box is different that 4 speed one.. you could weld some stuff on but not that easy as early cars have it.. they just add bolt and pedals.. this is what a 5speed box looks like NOT FOR SAILING ,,, it's in a wagon already. pics taken from here .
