  1. Maybe use upside down so it catches a bit better? The suggestion about putting a couple notches across the race ( I assume with cutter wheel) might help , but it would scare me . Be easier if I take a couple pics in morning , explaining socket , if someone doesn’t beat me to it ..
  2. be careful those collars are cast iron and are pretty brittle. safer option would be rent or buy a bearing puller and put socket large enough as same size collar and push against that. something like this ,, even harbor freight ones might work if you're careful
  3. Hey,, did i mention i went to San Jose a few weeks ago to see johnny hamburgers 1000??? We made a stop at 49ers stadium to show our appreciation of everything they do for the world of sports .. Would you like another pizza ??
  4. i know diddly about 4x4 ,, haha
  5. I'm on PC right now so it's easy... not sure how to help if you're using phone .. but here's the pics. if it matters,, we are south of Tumwaters out near Littlerock .
  6. I read that as super laxative which honestly doesn’t sound that casual really . On another note .. Do you think a person sets out to be a penis pump sales man? Or do they just fall into that occupation?? .

  10. i think i looked at that online when you first asked ,, figured it was way to far from your location you posted so i never mentioned. If it might motivate you to do the drive ,,,, i drove my neighbor from Olympia WA, to Penn Valley Cali ,, then farther south to San Jose Cali , just so he could LOOK at how a 59 Datsun 1000 was put together ( googles says 13.5 hours one way without Penn Valley detour ) .. Crazy part was , other than having to ditch 510keepers party early ,, we were happy about, going all that way . haha Same guy had driven his 520 pickup all the way from Olympia WA to half way down Baja Mexico in search of a J16 a few years ago.. . .
  11. Spent a day cutting up a 210 wagon for the 5speed and A14 to go in the Orangutan-sedan And it only took a year And yes,, by WA state DOT fine print , that is a legal trailer with no fenders, because mudflaps are as wide as , and as high as, top of tire ,, look it up bitch i thought i was bad ,holy shit Mah paw needs a rearend !! That's enough of that noise It's alot fuller of scrap metal meow , Since this is kinda a 1200 build thread thing ,, i will post a few of my son FAT510s 1200 ,, lol We went to Westport WA on a cruise with a few others ( its about 90miles one way) and afterwards we bolted to Grayland to check if locate had sent a guy out to find power on my cranberry bog. And stopped at my brother in laws place for some pics. Westport jetty type action out in the cranberry bogs \ tracks were removed on this bog so they could run bog buggy instead of happening to upkeep on rails. First year you could drive out there with a car without needing a 200 ft towline to get you out. Whoops how did that sweet 411 get in there?? THEN!! After what seemed like 15 god damn minutes of Austin Powers tunnel parking Riding the rails of justice man.
  12. im almost positive the hatchback windshield is different than the wagon and sedan style cars , but other than that I don’t know. there’s a few videos on YouTube , that the windshield crack repair you can buy at auto parts store , have like a suction cup stand thing.. Then the guy lubed the sides where suction cups are/sit ( away from crack) and then crack repair is centered over crack .. Then they slowly slide down crack .. I don’t know if that would actually work but maybe.
  13. A10 windshields are a glue in like modern cars .. and that’s probably why it’s so hard to find a used one. I bought one out of Oregon as a replacement for a wagon I bought a few years ago .. was 2 hour drive one way to get ,, took a few hours to carefully remove ,, was propped up against some tires in backyard. Wife hit it with walk behind weed-wacker and destroyed it.
