My brother and I bought one a few years back and literally beat the car to pieces We drove it until it spun a bearing. Put in fresh bearings and dropped a rod the next way. LOL

I taught MonkeyGirl to drive my 5 speed 210. She had a blast, but we were in a small closed parking lot. I have yet to let her drive my 620. Not because I don't trust her, but because the 620 is a lot different then anything else she's ever driven. One day, I'll let her drive it. For now the ONLY people to drive the truck since I've gotten it was me, and Master-o-Turbonics that drove it last night.

Does anyone know where a good set of rubber bushings is available for the 620? Mine are gone and the tension rods move around. I'm gonna rebuild the front end with fresh bushings (everything short of the control arms) with poly sway bar links and mounts, and I know the T/R can't use poly bushings. I can't find them available through any parts stores, and RockAuto didn't have them listed when I looked. I put a set on my '81 210 that looked like they would be an identical fit, but my concern is wether or not the diameter would be the same.

Old school 70's style. It would be cool to see Fisch help design a 620 to go on it ;) Either way, put me down for one.

Thanks for the help man! We got that done so quick that it was crazy. lol I hope you get some good use out of those leafs on the 521/720 hybrid I still have another 2 inches I can drop them using the shackles. This would be EASY to slam. lol

Just sold his SCCA race built Dodge Neon for $3K, and now it's this very nice 1991 Sentra for $1K. It's SR20 powered, 5speed, LSD, etc. Nearly everything is perfect and I can vouch for the guy.

I agree with Mike here. If he REALLY wants the car, saving up a little money on top shouldn't be a problem. With that said, if you trust the kid, then I suppose it's worth it. Kids these days don't get those opportunities every day. It gives them the chance to work towards a goal and build confidence. You could always put a lean on the title until it's payed off.

What kind of condition are your U-joints in? Might make sense to separate the driveshafts and see if theirs any binding on the U-joints. I had a similar problem on my 620 that turned out to be a front U-Joint that was binding from garbage inside the bearing cup. It wouldn't shudder at speed or vibrate at all, except when you were taking off from a dead stop. The whole truck would shake like it was falling apart until I got up to 4-5MPH $7.99 gets you a new joint at AZ.

Seriously! Last week it was 29 degrees outside. The other day it was 75 degrees outside and raining, and on the news tonight they have possible snow in the forcast in parts of GA in the next few days I wish it would just get cold already so we can get it over with and I can start doing bodywork on the 620. I should move to Oregon/Washington

Not exactly the same, but my 620 leaks in around the door on the passenger at the front. It also seeps water in around the window seal and collects in the headliner Not a 521, but I hope that helps. EDIT: Also, my 210 liked to leak in around the dash harness at the grommets and seals in the firewall.
